Thai Laab

1 Serving

3.5 Ounce Chicken Breast, Ground
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Ounce Cilantro, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion, Dehydrated

Grind the chicken yourself, the ground chicken you get from the store is much too fatty.  
Grind in a food processor. 
Boil it completely and then drain and place in a bowl. 
Add the lemon, red pepper flakes and cilantro. 
Use salt only to taste. 
Wrap with lettuce leaves.  Enjoy!

Baby Meatloaf

Baby Meatloaf

1 Servings

3.5 Ounce Ground Beef
1/2 Tablespoon Milk
1 Melba Toast, Ground Into Powder
2 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Onion, Dehydrated
1/2 Tablespoon Spicy Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
1/8 Teaspoon Sage
 Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
In small bowl, combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf. 
Place in glass dish, cover, and bake 25-30 mins. 
Uncover dish, add bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup to top, and bake 5-10 additional mins. 
Serve immediately with a bit more of bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup for dipping.

BBQ Sauce

2 Servings

2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Onion, Dehydrated
1/2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Cloves

In small non-stick saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to boil. 
Reduce heat and simmer 20 mins.

Use on chicken on the grill!

Beef Fajitas

3.5 Ounce Sirloin, Sliced Thinly
8 Ounces White Onions, Sliced Thick
1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
2 Tablespoon Water

In a non stick pan, add water and beef and quickly pan fry - add onions and sprinkle taco seasoning. 
Add more water to deglaze and steam onions.

Mix and keep in an air tight container.
