Biz, 8.4 pounds in 6 days is terrific! You are doing fine…. Beside, TOM really messes with us gals! I know I can put up 4-5 pounds from TOM on the first day, and I always freak….. but it disappears! I bet yours does too! Besides, your deviation wasn’t bad at all…. AND you stayed under 500. Heck, I ate potatoe salad, an ice cream yesterday…. Now THAT’s deviation! LOL

You are still doing great my friend, thats TOM talking not you.. We are very proud of you, you are our role model on this protocol. All that food sounded delicious you did a great job I probably would mess it up and eat some sweets ..lol. I’m sure egg day will work.

It sounds like the Waldorf salad was delish. Hope it was worth it! Not too bad and you’ll be back on track tomorrow I’m sure. I’ll be sure to check in tomorrow to see how the egg day worked on P2!
