R5P2C3 Starting Weight 160.4
That is my friend JPS’s favorite saying “It is what it is” - and it couldn’t be any plainer than that. Today marks the start of my 3rd Cycle of my 5th Round. Today I am 7.4 lbs over my LIW of R5C2 - there were lots of factors affecting my gains during the 12 day break I took.
Let’s start with the convention:
Wednesday - July 2nd was my first P3 day - and I did really well - in fact, I did so well until we started the convention on Friday. Let me let you know my schedule during the convention - first of all, we drove back and forth - 1 hour and 20 minutes one way, so that was 2 hours and 40 minutes each day in the car - approximately 8 hours of sitting while at the convention. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all haphazard, and although I ate correctly for P3 - the times that I ate were ALL over the place. By the time Sunday morning came along I was already up to 5 lbs over my LIW - I attributed that to all that driving and sitting and then the added factor of not having regular bathroom habits.
Now I am at the InLaws:
By Monday morning I was a whopping 5.2 lbs over my LIW - and at my inlaws - still not at home so food choices are not are like they are at home. Tried my best to get myself back down, all the while trying to deal with MIL and her food making! We went to Karaoke a couple of times and I did my best while at the restaurant - but my weight was fluxing all over the place. Yesterday morning I was up again - 7.4 above LIW - and I thought I was in major trouble as I still had to make the trip home.
Now I am home:
Well thankfully, it is NOT any worse than 7.4 lbs above LIW - and today I start VLCD - straight into the shots. I am gonna consider my 12 days a LOAD and hopefully I will be able to break that down quite quickly.
I was pretty sure about traveling while on P3 - but now I am convinced. This is nothing you want to attempt. It’s just not a thing that mixes well - there are way too many things to consider while on P3 that are not controllable while you travel. Thank goodness there is NOTHING else in my future until October - which I should be WAY done with protocol before then. I am hoping at least, with the being done part and the NOTHING ELSE PLANNED part.
I am sorry once again that I have been MIA - this is something that I intend to correct with this Cycle - I don’t even want to go into excuses - again, “It is what it is” - and it will stay that way. I feel better tho when I keep my blog up to date, so I am going to start allocating time for myself to journal here again. I don’t know if I can come up with any good posts for a bit, just updates on how I am doing, and we can go from there.
